About The Position

The Onsite Community Manager provides day-to-day on-site oversight of the Master HOA’s facilities, grounds, vendors, and community projects. As the Board’s lead for the physical condition of Association property, this hands-on role inspects the community, identifies issues, coordinates contractors, verifies completed work, and follows projects through to resolution. It is not primarily administrative or Clubhouse-based and does not involve performing licensed trade work or replacing contracted vendors. The position works 38 hours per week on-site for the Master HOA, with no work-from-home option, and requires regular travel throughout the community to inspect facilities, meet vendors, and supervise work. The manager conducts weekly calls to update the Board and attends monthly Board meetings at no additional charge, without a limitation on meeting length. CMG training beyond onboarding, professional development, and vendor conferences require prior Board review and written approval; time spent on these activities is not presumed to be part of the Association-funded workweek.
