About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an On-Site Association Manager! We're on the lookout for a licensed community association manager (LCAM) in sunny Florida to lead the charge in managing single associations, master associations, or those with multiple sub-associations. Requirements

• LCAM Certification in accordance with Florida state laws
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in community association management.
• Working knowledge of statutes for assigned Condominium or Homeowner Association type.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Project management and leadership skills, especially supervising on-site personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and tech-savvy in leveraging tools for administrative efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a single association, master association, or master association with multiple sub-associations.
• Work closely with board members, fostering professional relationships and contributing to the long-term planning for the association.
• Attend and facilitate meetings.
• Coordinate security matters.
• Supervise on-site maintenance and personnel.
• Suggest improvements and organizational tools that can enhance efficiency.
• Attend management company training classes, meetings, and seminars.
• Enforce restrictions and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
