About The Position

The On Premise Development Lead joins Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling and works with Market Unit and Sales teams to support customer development and execution. The role combines field consulting with administrative work, including pricing authorizations and discrepancy resolution, stakeholder presentations, and contract drafting. It also supports reporting, sales planning, customer bids and RFPs, customer contract renewals, and customer support processes and technology initiatives.

This is a full-time, day-shift position with an 8 a.m. start. The listed salary range is $79,056–$98,820, plus an annual target bonus. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of related experience, or a high school diploma/general education diploma and 6 to 8 or more years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners in the Market Unit, including Sales and Market Unit teams.
• Work in the field and trade as a field consultant to improve execution and drive productivity.
• Complete administrative duties, including pricing authorizations (PAWs), pricing discrepancy reports (PDRs), presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and contract drafts.
• Assist the Market Unit with KPI reporting, sales blitz day planning, regional and local customers, large bids, and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Assist with current customer contract management and renewal tracking, and coordinate customer support tickets to enhance the customer experience.
• Support Market Unit and Coca-Cola Bottling System initiatives, including the contract repository and customer support ticket process technology enhancements and routing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
