About The Position

Kinema Fitness is a national luxury fitness center operator that provides premium on-site wellness solutions to corporate facilities across the U.S. The company focuses on member well-being through customer service, innovative programming, and performance.

Kinema Fitness is seeking experienced, professional, and friendly On-Demand Chair Massage Therapists to provide on-site services at a corporate site in Downtown Boston. Therapists will work on an as-needed basis for events and workshops, delivering chair massage services in a corporate wellness setting. The role requires therapists to provide their own chair and equipment. Pay is $80–$100 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a licensed massage therapist with experience in chair massage therapy.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be self-motivated and passionate about health and wellness.
• Provide your own chair.
• Hold a certified massage therapist license in the State of Massachusetts.
• Have a current CPR card.
• Have professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site chair massage services for corporate wellness clients while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a client base within the corporate wellness studio environment.
• Collaborate with the Kinema team to support seamless service delivery and client engagement.
• Provide a chair and the equipment necessary for sessions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff while demonstrating professionalism and strong leadership skills.
