About The Position

The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures. The role provides treatments that help guests rest, relax, and regain a sense of balance and harmony, while delivering warm, engaging, and personalized service.

Requirements

• Current state massage license.
• At least 1 year of experience in massage therapy.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Meet appearance standards and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments to the highest possible standard, creating a sensory journey that helps guests rest, relax, and regain a sense of balance and harmony.
• Set up treatment rooms according to procedures and dispose of laundry in a timely manner.
• Maintain sanitation of the work area and equipment in accordance with state board guidelines.
• Use professional stock in compliance with PAR levels to help reduce product waste.
• Begin and end treatments at the published times and follow all treatment procedures.
• Communicate confidently to clients the benefits of products and services.
• Attend required department training and meetings.
• Perform other duties required by management.
