About The Position

The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures. The role provides treatments that help guests rest, relax, and regain a sense of balance and harmony, while maintaining treatment rooms, sanitation, professional stock, and service standards.

Requirements

• Current state massage license.
• At least 1 year of experience in massage therapy.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to meet appearance standards and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments to the highest possible standard, creating a sensory journey that helps guests rest, relax, and regain a sense of balance and harmony.
• Set up treatment rooms according to procedures and dispose of laundry in a timely manner.
• Maintain sanitation of the work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Use professional stock in compliance with PAR levels to help reduce product waste.
• Begin and end treatments at the published time and follow correct procedures for all treatments.
• Confidently communicate product and service benefits to clients.
• Attend required department training and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
