About The Position

Talbots is seeking an Omni Specialist to support omni-channel operations, store systems, and customer service. The role drives operational activities forward, creates exceptional customer experiences, and helps the store team build lasting customer relationships. The specialist handles omni orders and related activities, shipping and receiving, freight processing, backroom organization, visual merchandising, and facilities support. The role may also lead or supervise others and open or close the store. This is a regular, full-time position at the Overland Park, Kansas store.

• Open availability up to and including 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business forward in omni-channel operations, operational activities, and store systems.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and help team members build enduring customer relationships.
• Complete and lead omni duties, including Direct Fulfillment, BOPIS, BOPAC, Ship to Store, transfers, MOS, and damages.
• Work with MM/GM/SM/OM to determine and complete daily and weekly priorities.
• Participate in visual merchandising activities and Store Sets.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and backroom activities, including receiving and processing freight, maintaining timely merchandise flow, and keeping the backroom clean, neat, and organized.
• Use all aspects of the Order from Store system and assist team members with it.
• Assist with facilities management as needed.
• Protect company assets and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties, such as physical inventory, supply orders, and maintenance.
• Lead or supervise others as needed and open or close the store.
