About The Position

The Omni Care Internship Food and Beverage role rotates among food and beverage outlets and banquet events, with possible additional departments or roles based on business needs. The intern attends to and anticipates guests’ needs, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and participates in Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the season. The role requires adaptability in scheduling and strong teamwork.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily business.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Work in various entry-level service positions across the property.
• Rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquet events; take on additional departments or roles as business needs require.
• Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Adapt to changing schedules.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
