About The Position

The Omni Care Food and Beverage Internship at the Omni William Penn Hotel is a seasonal program for Summer 2027. The intern will work in various entry-level service positions, rotating between food and beverage outlets and banquet events. Additional departments or roles may be added based on business needs. The position includes attending Omni Care training and enrichment seminars throughout the season and supporting the hotel's guest-service operations.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily business.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly in various entry-level service positions within the property.
• Rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquet events; take on additional departments or roles as business needs require.
• Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Adapt to changing schedules and demonstrate flexibility.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
