About The Position

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) Project Manager with dedicated expertise in Manufacturing Equipment Installation (MEI). The role leads a team responsible for prefabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup of 300mm manufacturing equipment. It also coordinates with key suppliers to ensure utility skids and modular assemblies are built to specification, transported safely, and integrated with facility infrastructure. The project manager oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, risks, and compliance while leading cross-functional teams. The position coordinates manufacturing equipment installation, offsite manufacturing integration, factory acceptance testing, BIM modeling, logistics, utility and facility readiness, and supplier schedules. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of project management experience, and two years specifically focused on MEI and modular/offsite manufacturing installation. Texas Instruments will not sponsor visas or work authorization for this position.
