About The Position

This role is responsible for orchestrating the patient arrival experience by greeting visitors and managing the check-in/out process. The assistant will advocate for patient access by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications, and safeguard patient stories by managing medical record requests and demographic data. Additionally, the role involves driving clinic sustainability by capturing service charges and managing financial reconciliations, and streamlining clinical operations through proactive scheduling and administrative support.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Nine M-F shifts per pay period with rotation of shifts between 630-3p, 7-330p or 8a-430p, limited 1/2 day Saturday rotation (currently 1 every 3 months)
Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Prior EPIC or radiology office experience a plus
