Requirements

• 2–5 years of leadership experience (dental, medical, hospitality, or retail)
• Strong communication + organizational skills
• Open availability on weekends as needed
• Clear background and drug screening
• A people-first leader who listens, adapts, and motivates
• A strategic thinker who can pivot in a fast-paced setting
• Confident, proactive, and solutions-driven
• Professional, coachable, and full of positive energy
• Tech-savvy and system-fluent

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years in a dental setting
• Dentrix (or similar) software knowledge
• Insurance billing & A/R experience
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
