The Office Manager is responsible for the daily administrative and operational oversight of the Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health departments at the Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. (CFCE), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This position ensures efficient clinic operations, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination among multidisciplinary teams. The Office Manager supports organizational goals by optimizing workflows, managing front office and administrative support staff, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to FQHC, state, federal, and accreditation standards. The Office Manager serves as a key operational liaison between providers, clinical department directors, patients, and leadership. This role operates within the administrative reporting structure under the Chief Medical Officer and collaborates closely with the Director of Behavioral Health on department-specific operational needs. The Office Manager supports integrated, trauma-informed, patient-centered care for children, adults, and families across all CFCE service lines.
