The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting Tombot’s operations and workplace environment. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting executive leadership, coordinating recruiting logistics, and helping create a workplace where employees can do their best work. This role owns the overall function of how the workplace runs. That includes keeping daily operations organized, ensuring employees have what they need to be effective, and solving operational problems as they arise. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve problems ranging from vendor coordination to improving workspace layout.
