About The Position

As Archetype’s Office Coordinator in Philadelphia, you’ll be a crucial member of the team that enables our business to function. Working closely with our Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll manage key vendor relationships, provide administrative support across a variety of areas, and ensure the smooth functioning of the physical office. This role is part time, expected to be 10 hours/week, during standard business hours, spread across 3-4 days with you and Archetype mutually agreeing upon the specific schedule. While Archetype is a hybrid workplace, you must be able to commute to the Philadelphia office in Center City as needed. Again, we are looking to set this schedule collaboratively with you, but anticipate the frequency being at least once a week in person. The expected compensation for this role is expected to be $25+ per hour, based on experience. You will be eligible to participate in our 401k program including employer match and will accrue paid sick leave.

Requirements

  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and SharePoint. Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Resourceful, with a learning mindset
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Trustworthy, able to exercise discretion and appropriately manage confidential information

  • Experience as office coordinator or in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in vendor relationship and contract management
  • Maintain electronic files and records with effective filing systems
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (scheduling meetings, etc.)
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
