About The Position

As a member of the Global Logistics CVO (Company Vehicle Operations) Team, the Office Coordinator is responsible for assigning and disposing of company-owned vehicles to ensure the appropriate flow of inventory based on the currently provided parameters set by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) client.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma/GED.
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience.
  • Base PC skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, yet flexible to accomplish objectives that are often subject to change.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Must have superior attendance and be prompt and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Update company systems.
  • Communicate with executives via phone and email.
  • Process systems and paperwork for vehicles.
  • Process systems and manual paperwork for vehicle deliveries.
  • Problem-solving and assisting with driver inquiries.
  • Conducting daily title and registration transactions.
  • Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
