Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support directly to the CEO
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other executive documents
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Assist in planning company events and business engagements
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform general office duties and ensure smooth daily operations
