The Welcome Desk Office Assistant position is a year-round role responsible for providing customer service to students and/or parents, answering telephones, and responding to general inquiries via email for multiple welcome desk locations. This role also involves accurate data entry, maintaining confidential student files, and assisting with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out, and orientations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
