About The Position

Office Administrator – Serve City Are you a highly organized professional looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Serve City is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our Administration department. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth, systems, and daily operations of our faith-based ministry. If you excel at balancing financial bookkeeping with essential administrative and human resources tasks, this rewarding opportunity is for you.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software like QuickBooks and donor databases (experience with Bloomerang is a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for maintaining physical and electronic recordkeeping systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with accountants, vendors, partners, and community members.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Bloomerang is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), enter records into QuickBooks, and reconcile donor records using Bloomerang tracking software.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive Director, coordinate internal/external leadership meetings, and prepare official correspondence.
  • Manage employee personnel files, assist with benefits enrollment, and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Assist with community outreach events, handle donor engagement correspondence, and welcome visitors as the professional face of our organization.
