About The Position

The Office Admin will serve as a valuable member of the operations team. The role is responsible for liaising with various municipalities to ensure timely completion of all permitting as well as playing a crucial role in tracking installation projects schedule. The Office Admin will support our customers and operations personnel.

Requirements

  • Prior office software experience (Microsoft Office or Google’s G Suite)
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Polished and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Proficient in typing and possess strong computer skills
  • Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
  • Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
  • HOA: 1 year (Required)
  • Permitting: 3 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file all permits with various municipalities, including local HOA
  • Research property records via tax collector website
  • Submit utility locales via website
  • Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas
  • Receive inbound calls from customers
  • Perform data entry as needed
  • Track the status of open installation jobs
  • Assist operations personnel as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
