This is an unpaid volunteer position. The Offboarding Supervisor collaborates with the Offboarding Manager and oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve and streamline the offboarding process, ensuring timely offboarding, tracking pending cases, and communicating with department managers regarding unresponsive team members. The supervisor will also oversee daily department workflow, support critical needs, and coordinate national-level initiatives. Additionally, they will provide constructive and timely performance evaluations and perform other related duties as assigned. This role is best suited for individuals seeking a longer-term volunteer opportunity (12+ months preferred) and requires availability to volunteer 12-15+ hours per week. Volunteers are asked to actively engage with the organization's social media platforms by liking, sharing, or commenting on posts to help spread awareness of ARO's mission and initiatives.
