About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide care for a diverse patient population. The position offers a flexible schedule and involves working with chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapy Assistant provides direct patient care and plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health system. The assistant must be flexible to meet the system’s needs across different facilities and may perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Current OTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
