About The Position

PARS Therapy is seeking a dedicated home health Occupational Therapist to serve clients throughout their recovery. The role contributes to restoring clients’ mobility and helping them achieve their potential through wellness support and customized interventions, diagnoses, and rehabilitation strategies. Home health services are provided to homebound clients who meet Medicare home health coverage criteria.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the state of Texas.
• Occupational therapy liability insurance in the state of Texas.
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when explaining procedures and treatments.

Nice To Haves

• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled home health occupational therapy services to eligible homebound clients.
• Support clients’ recovery, mobility, and ability to reach their potential.
• Implement customized interventions, diagnoses, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients in a friendly and professional manner.
