About The Position

PARS Therapy is seeking a dedicated home health Occupational Therapist in Dallas, Texas. The Occupational Therapist supports clients throughout recovery, helping restore mobility and reach their potential through wellness-focused care and customized interventions, diagnoses, and rehabilitation strategies. The role serves home-bound clients who meet Medicare home health coverage criteria and provides skilled home health services.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas.
• Occupational therapy liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when explaining procedures and treatments.

Nice To Haves

• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to home-bound clients who meet Medicare home health coverage criteria.
• Support clients through recovery and help restore mobility and improve movement abilities.
• Use customized interventions, diagnoses, and rehabilitation strategies to promote wellness and help clients reach their potential.
