About The Position
PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care at its new Dallas rehabilitation hospital. The role focuses on direct patient care for a diverse patient population, including chronically and critically ill patients who may require extended hospital care. The therapist plans and implements age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices. The position also contributes to further development of services and requires flexibility to meet the System’s needs across different facilities. Prior inpatient hospital experience is preferred, though candidates with a commitment to learn are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Hold current BLS certification.

- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
