About The Position

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a respected skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The facility provides high-quality rehabilitation services and has a collaborative therapy department. The role is open to new graduates and experienced occupational therapists, with tools and support provided to help the successful candidate succeed. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, delivers therapeutic interventions, documents progress, and adjusts plans as needed. The therapist also educates patients, families, and caregivers, collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team, and provides supervision and guidance to COTAs. The estimated pay range is approximately $39–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Maryland license or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
