About The Position

A full-time Occupational Therapist is sought to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. New graduates and experienced occupational therapists are welcome. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence. The role includes documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, educating patients and their families or caregivers about therapy goals, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and supervising and guiding COTAs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Colorado license or eligibility for licensure.
