About The Position
Signature Rehab is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and other individuals on an outpatient basis. Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, rehabilitative therapists work closely with other clinical caregivers to help residents and patients achieve a full recovery and return to the activities they enjoy in a timely manner. Signature HealthCARE of Kinston is a 106-bed facility offering services ranging from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. Signature HealthCARE is a family-based healthcare company with integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services supported by technologies such as telehealth and Care.ai-enabled solutions. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, culminating in at least a bachelor-of-science degree.
- Current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, or eligibility for certification as required by state guidelines.
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other clinical caregivers under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
- Help residents and patients make a full recovery and return to activities they enjoy in a timely manner.
- Provide rehabilitation care to nursing-home residents and other individuals on an outpatient basis.
