About The Position

Relient Health is recruiting a full-time Occupational Therapist for a permanent placement at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Burnsville, North Carolina. The facility provides rehab services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. New graduates and experienced occupational therapists are welcome. The estimated rate is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, delivers interventions to improve function and independence, documents progress, and adjusts plans as needed. The role includes educating patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and providing supervision and guidance to COTAs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
