About The Position

Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the Florence area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with personal schedules and income objectives. The position involves providing therapy services across the lifespan, with a particular interest in clinicians passionate about augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and innovative service delivery, as the AAC program is expanding. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care in home and community settings.

Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within Florence and nearby communities

Nice To Haves

Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Florence and surrounding areas
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment
Educate and partner with families and caregivers
Complete timely, concise documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
