About The Position

Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team in the Yuma area as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with personal schedules and income goals. The company is experiencing growth in Yuma and is particularly interested in clinicians passionate about their expanding AAC program, focusing on augmentative and alternative communication and innovative service delivery.

Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within Tucson and nearby communities
Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Yuma and surrounding areas
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment
Educate and partner with families and caregivers
Complete timely, concise documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
