About The Position

Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the Tucson area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with individual schedules and income goals. The company is particularly interested in clinicians passionate about augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and innovative service delivery as their AAC program expands. The position involves treating clients in their homes and community settings, focusing on evidence-based care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within Tucson and nearby communities
• Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Tucson and surrounding areas
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment

• Complete timely, concise documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
