About The Position
Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the Florence area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with individual schedules and income goals. The company is expanding its AAC program and is particularly interested in clinicians passionate about augmentative and alternative communication and innovative service delivery. The position involves treating clients in their homes and community settings, fostering meaningful, community-based work.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within Florence and nearby communities
- Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Florence and surrounding areas
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

- Complete timely, concise documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
