Home Health - Pediatric Occupational Therapist (1099 Contractor)
About The Position
Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the Maricopa area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with personal schedules and income goals. The position involves providing therapy services in home and community-based settings, focusing on pediatric populations. Arbor Therapy emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care and supports clinicians with consistent referrals and collaborative team support without micromanagement. There is also an opportunity to contribute to the growth of their AAC program.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within Maricopa and nearby communities
- Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Maricopa and surrounding areas
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment
- Educate and partner with families and caregivers
- Complete timely, concise documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
