About The Position

Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the Goodyear area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with individual schedules and income goals. The company is also experiencing growth in its AAC program and is particularly interested in clinicians with a passion for augmentative and alternative communication and innovative service delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within Goodyear and nearby communities
• Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Goodyear and surrounding areas
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment
• Educate and partner with families and caregivers
• Complete timely, concise documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
