About The Position

Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the Goodyear area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with individual schedules and income objectives. The position involves providing evaluations and treatment in home and community settings, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, educating families and caregivers, completing documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Arbor Therapy is particularly interested in clinicians passionate about augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) due to program growth.

Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within Goodyear and nearby communities
Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
