About The Position

Arbor Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team in the Tucson area as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to build a caseload that aligns with personal schedules and income objectives. The position involves providing evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team. Arbor Therapy is particularly interested in clinicians passionate about augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and innovative service delivery, as their AAC program is expanding.

Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within Tucson and nearby communities
Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
