About The Position
Functional Pathways is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for Covenant Living of Florida, a senior living community in Plantation, Florida. The Occupational Therapist screens and evaluates residents, conducts re-evaluations, plans discharges, and revises established plans of care under physician supervision. The role is part of a collaborative therapy team focused on providing care to older adults. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to direct applicants who qualify. Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.
