Full-time Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Covenant Woods in Mechanicsville, Virginia, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team. The role involves screening and evaluating residents, re-evaluating their needs, discharge planning, and revising established plans of care under physician supervision. The position is part of Functional Pathways, whose stated focus includes compassionate, resident-centered care, ethical service, innovation, and customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The listed pay range is $40.00–$50.00 per hour. This job summary is not an all-inclusive listing of tasks and duties. Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure as required by state and national board associations.
- Active state license.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.
