About The Position
The Occupational Therapist works at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, Oregon, on a PRN basis. The role screens and evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment programs and goals, and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes. Requirements
- Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
- Accurately and promptly complete documentation and billing.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
