At Prescott Therapies, we do things differently. We offer hourly pay — not per visit — so you’re compensated for all the time and effort you put into delivering exceptional patient outcomes. We are seeking an occupational therapist to join our team covering a portion of the twin cities area. Who We Are Prescott Therapies is a locally owned, mission-driven practice serving adults with developmental disabilities across the Twin Cities metro. Our interdisciplinary team provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy in group homes and home health settings. Our Mission As a locally owned and operated company, our mission is to improve the home health outcomes of our patients throughout the Twin Cities. We strive to improve their quality of life and help them maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Ability to manage a physical workload
- Strong rapport-building skills with a diverse caseload
- Current MN occupational therapy license
- CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Passion for patient-centered care
