About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities in Hoboken, Weehawken, and surrounding New Jersey communities. Using the Geriatric House Calls™ model, clinicians help patients improve mobility, independence, wellness, and quality of life. Care may also include telehealth and other virtual services. The role offers autonomy to create and manage a treatment schedule, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. FOX offers full-time, part-time, and PRN/FOX Flex employment pathways, as well as a mentor program for new graduates. Full-time roles include benefits; benefits eligibility for part-time roles depends on minimum hours requirements. The standard New Jersey base pay range for a full-time role is $70,000–$95,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex compensation is prorated. Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including lifting, performing CPR, assisting with transfers and bed mobility, repositioning patients, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities.
- Ability to drive to patient homes and senior living communities.
- Wear PPE when required.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
- Provide therapy to support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
- Document in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
- Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.
- Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
- Potentially supervise PTA/OTAs, mentor emerging professionals, teach as a Clinical Instructor, or contribute blog articles and social content for additional compensation.
