About The Position

Functional Pathways is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for Marian Manor in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Occupational Therapist will screen and evaluate residents, conduct re-evaluations, develop discharge plans, and revise established plans of care under physician supervision. The role is on a Monday–Friday schedule and offers an hourly salary of $42.00–$50.00, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants. Marian Manor is a nonprofit, nondenominational senior living community in Virginia Beach. The therapist will work as part of a collaborative therapy team supporting residents’ well-being in a community-oriented care setting. Functional Pathways describes its approach as holistic and patient-centered, with evidence-based clinical services across the continuum of care and a focus on neurological, cardiopulmonary, cognitive, and musculoskeletal needs. Requirements

Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
Certification and licensure as required by state and national board associations.
Active state license.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
Complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure requirements, which may vary by location.
