About The Position

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. The role focuses on helping patients improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care. The Occupational Therapist follows patient progress and develops care around functional outcomes in a collaborative clinical environment that values quality, clinical autonomy, and consistency of care. TMC partners with skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities across the country to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services that enhance residents’ mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing. Requirements

Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
Have an interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation.
Have a passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
Deliver care through therapeutic activities, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
