Occupational Therapist (OT)
About The Position
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a creative and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitation care to senior patients in senior living communities. The role involves building relationships with patients, collaborating with a rehabilitation team, and helping residents live their best lives through therapy and wellness services. The organization is a not-for-profit provider of on-site senior therapy care, founded by and continuing to be led by therapists, serving nearly 500 senior living communities throughout the United States. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. The hourly pay range is USD $42.00–$50.00. The therapist may also be eligible to earn a quarterly GROW bonus when the clinic exceeds its growth goal through care delivered according to patients’ plans of care and expanded wellness and home-based programs.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients.
- Build leadership skills through community partnership.
- Provide resident wellness education through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness.
