About The Position

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide personalized therapeutic care to residents in senior living communities. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, building relationships, contributing to community partnerships, and supporting resident wellness through education and program delivery. The organization is therapist-founded and therapist-led, and provides on-site senior therapy care across nearly 500 senior living communities in the United States. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. Pay is $41.00–$54.00 per hour. Eligible employees may earn a quarterly GROW bonus when their clinic exceeds its growth goal through care delivered according to patients’ plans of care and expanded wellness and home-based programs.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
Computer proficiency.
