About The Position

City View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join its in-house rehabilitation team in San Francisco, California. The therapist will help residents improve daily functioning, regain independence, and enhance quality of life while collaborating with rehabilitation and healthcare professionals. Experienced occupational therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The position is offered full-time, part-time, and PRN, with pay of $56–$62+ per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure, as applicable.

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Provide skilled interventions to improve activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence.
Address physical, cognitive, and functional limitations affecting daily activities.
Train residents in adaptive techniques, energy conservation, safety strategies, and adaptive equipment use.
Educate residents and families on techniques to promote independence and prevent injury.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Participate in care planning and discharge planning as needed.
