About The Position
Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County is a 175-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehabilitation and traditional long-term care. Signature HealthCARE provides integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services supported by technologies such as telehealth and Care.ai-enabled solutions. Signature Rehab provides rehabilitation services to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide and to other individuals on an outpatient basis. The Occupational Therapist joins an integrated care team, working closely with other clinical caregivers to help residents and patients make a full recovery and return to the activities they enjoy. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program culminating in at least a Bachelor of Science degree.
- Hold a current certificate from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, or be eligible for certification as required by state guidelines.
- Hold a valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other clinical caregivers under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
- Help residents and patients make a full recovery and return to the activities they enjoy.
