About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). The therapist evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals. The role includes flexible scheduling for patient care and supervision of COTAs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable state and federal regulations.
