About The Position

Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Grants Pass, Oregon, with full-time and PRN schedules available. The pay range is $48–$62 per hour, depending on licensure and experience. The therapist screens and evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment programs and goals, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and documents and bills accurately and on time. Requirements

Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.
Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
Accurate and timely documentation and billing.
Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment programs for patients as needed.
Design effective occupational therapy treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs.
Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes.
Meet productivity benchmarks.
Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time.
Apply problem-solving skills to support patient progress.
Perform other duties as assigned.
